When entering the Stationery Request Services page you will see the below shown form that incorporates all the elements required to be able to request Stationery Request Services.
Fields:
Name: Enter your name and Surname
Email: Enter your email address (Required)
Location: Identify the location where the Hardware is stationed.
Message: Clearly indicate the items and quantities required. This is a free text field. Please try and enter as much detail as possible.
Other Remarks: Indicate any other remarks that are required

Once all the details are entered as per example below click on the SUBMIT REQUEST button in Red.
