When entering the Design/Artwork Request Services page (Click here to enter) you will see the below shown form that incorporates all the elements required to be able to request Design/Artwork Request Services.
Fields:
Name: Enter your name and Surname
Email: Enter your email address (Required)
Service Required: Enter what kind of artwork is required as per the selection below. Multiple services can be selected
Date Required: Enter the date that the designs and printing is required.
Printing Required: Enter Yes or No. If Yes is selected, please enter the amounts required in the text Field
Examples Uploaded: Enter Yes or No
Text Uploaded: Enter Yes or No
To upload the files please click on the “Click Here to Upload Files” and an Email Prompt will pop up so that you can attach the files to be uploaded.
Other notes: Enter any additional notes on the designs required.
